CALL FOR PAPERS

ECOLOGY AND TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT

Ulaanbaatar, MONGOLIA, October 29, 2021

 

Climate change and habitat degradation are threatening biological diversity, agricultural production and global food security. To meet the challenges, natural ecosystems need to be sustained, agricultural ecosystems need to be reconfigured worldwide towards great resilience and sustainability. The School of Agroecology, Mongolian University of Life Sciences, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, is organizing a conference to discuss the challenges and policy handles for ecological and agricultural issues, environmental protection technology development, which will be held online in Ulaanbaatar, October 29, 2021.

The conference provides a forum for leading representatives from science, industry, and policymaking to discuss the various aspects of resource management and sustainable development.

The main topics of interest include but not limited to:

  • Biodiversity and conservation
  • Climate change adaptation
  • Aquatic area protection
  • Land use management
  • Forest resources and protection
  • Ecological restoration
  • Ecosystem services 
  • Ecological engineering
  • Nature tourism
  • Pasture use and management
  • Sustainable livestock development
  • Sustainable Agricultural development
  • Modern trends in the environmental protection advanced technology

The organizers solicit full-text articles or extended abstract that report original theoretical or empirical research results. Papers should be in English. Two independent reviewers will evaluate all submissions.

At least one of the author(s) of accepted papers must register and present the work at the conference.

All conference attendees should be registered for the Conference. Before October 01, 2021, registration should be done by sending the registration form and paper to ecoconference@muls.edu.mn.
